Announcements Heather announced that the Citizens Academy program is 
now accepting applications.
Heather also a call to action to support the United Nations Women's

Reports
Treasurer (Auden Thomas):Auden reported the MCGP has a balance of 
$510. in the checking account.
She will be adding the secretary to the names on the account.

Technology (Larry Meehan):Absentee report ;Larry said to send any 
updates or announcements to him. , email lwm@indiana.edu

Campus Greens (Chris Sapp):not present
Four Pillars Working Groups:
Nonviolence (Jeff Melton):No report
Grassroots democracy (Dan Selvaggi):not present
Ecological wisdom (Isabel Piedmont):no report

Shadow government;Isabel reported that the hearings on the GPP are 
being delayed until September.
Living wage coalition (Steve Gardner):Steve reported the LWC will 
most likely remain inactive until sometime in the fall.

Old business
Open party officers and committees:
Green Party liaison
Canvassing coordinator;Chris Stafford volunteered.Decision by 
consensus to hold off on any canvassing until after the July 16 
meeting.

4th of July parade Info:Details were announced and suggestions were 
discussed.
The Ice cream social was cancelled.
We will line up by 2:30 p.m. at 6th and Morton. All are welcome.
The Tee Shirts will be at 6th and Morton. 
Parade begins at 3:PM 
Water and hats are a good idea. Pets are not allowed.
Tee Shirts are free, however donations to offset the cost will be 
greatly appreciated
Hooray for Your Green Party on Independence Day!

Farmers' market: Isabel and Jeff committed to July 6 .
Chris  and George committed to July 13.

Campaigns
Jeff Melton:Jeff announced that over four thousand signatures were 
turned in and are currently being counted.He also thanked the great 
helpers he had gathering signatures.Jeff encouraged all to write 
letters to the Herald Times as a good way to get exposure.
Julie Roberts: Julie announced she will take her signed petitions to 
the Registrar's office.She also has photocopied all petitions and 
voter registration forms.

New business
Peter announced that the IGP will hold its congress to elect 
delegates.
Isabel suggested we conduct a vote via email.We need IGP officers.
We need to order new bumper stickers.
Heather  stressed the need to schedule a planning retreat for 
September.
Isabel will sell Green Party Tee shirts at the IGP congress to raise 
funds for the MCGP.

Chris Stafford committed to Facilitate the July 16 meeting
