Approval of minutes:Tabled until next meeting
Approval of agenda:Yes

Treasurers report: Auden reported the bank balance is $495.50.

Secretaries report; George reported that the membership has remained
the same since the last meeting; 462 supporting and 52 full members

Technology Report:Larry said to send any additions or information for
the web site to him at lwm@indiana.edu.

Old Business

Planning Retreat;The  Planning Retreat was tentatively set for
Sunday, September 15,2002,Beginning at 10AM.and ending at 3PM.The
retreat will be held at the home of George Murphy and Nell Weatherwax.

Farmers Market;The farmers Market will be tabled by Auden and Isabel
on August 10,and by Steps and George on August 17.

Green Party Liason; Steps volunteered to be the new Green Party Liason

Goods For Greens; Auden will be ordering new bumper stickers from
the `Goods for Greens' web site.

Newsletter; Isabel requested all submissions to the newsletter be
sent to her by the deadline; August 22.

Campus Greens; Auden will attempt to reactivate the campus greens by
emailing students who have been involved in the past.

Campaigns:
Jeff Melton Campaign:not present

Julie Roberts Campaign:Julie announced that she will be on the air at
WFHB on Tuesday ,August 13,2002 The Program is
called `Interchange',and airs from 5:30PM till 6:30PM.Julies two
major issues are the conditions at the jail and the local Ambulance
service. The next Julie Roberts Campaign committee meeting will be
held on Wednesday evening ,August 21,7:PM at the Encore Café .

Julie committed to facilitating the August 20 meeting.
